Suki is one of the sharpest, most well-rounded people I've had the pleasure of working with. She carries the title of Technical PM but that undersells what she actually does. She redesigned our entire agile process for the age of AI, then built the internal application to support it herself. The technical depth she brings is unlike anything I have seen from a PM. What makes her truly rare is her ability to see the big picture. She understands what people are actually trying to achieve, maps the right people to the right problems, spots parallel workstreams others miss, and consistently eliminates wasted effort. She does all of this while being one of the most naturally magnetic people in any room. When you meet Suki you feel like you've known her for years, and I've watched that quality facilitate team trust and better collaboration firsthand. Lastly, she is also one of the most curious people I know. She learns fast and applies faster. In a moment where the tools and the rules are changing every few months, that quality is genuinely invaluable. Any team that gets her is starting ahead!

I have been lucky enough to work with Suki both peripherally, during her time as the Technical Program Manager, and directly, in her current role as the Sr. Business Program Manager on my team. She is a person who consistently brings a value-add not just to her immediate team, but to the organization as a whole. She was instrumental in developing reporting functionality in our support system that has been critical in evaluating product and training impacts in the field and she designed the tracking method by which our team measures progress against our goals. She consistently seeks feedback and is always open to new and different ways to approach the problems we are trying to solve. In addition to that, she has been involved in broader organizational improvements as a founding member of our diversity, equity, and inclusion team, including presenting at company all-hands meetings and to the executive team on the importance of DEI initiatives. I genuinely enjoy working with Suki and am consistently impressed with the way she approaches her work and inspired by her open-mindedness and pursuit of improvement.

Suki is a powerhouse. From the very first time you meet her, you know that you have someone special here. Her common sense superpower is her understanding of the word 'accountability'. For example, recently she was managing a very high intensity, high consequence program with significant cross-functional breadth. Suki did not hesitate, jumped in head first, did all the background work she needed to learn about the project at hand, created and shared context, constructively challenged status quo, and diligently turned chaos into organization and clarity. She pulled a large team together and got them aligned, ensured ownership for all objectives and key results, nudged when needed, pushed when necessary, and really delivered successfully on a huge endeavor for the company. A true rockstar!

Suki is one of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her project management ability was instrumental in the success of any and all projects that I completed with her.
