Suki Song

I’m a builder, and most days that takes the form of technical program management.

The threads I keep pulling on, project to project and role to role, are operational cadence, systems design, and the analytics that turn raw output into decisions. They tend to show up together. Engineering teams move better when those three are in conversation.

Lately I’ve been thinking about what it means to ship at AI pace. The rhythms, rituals, and operational systems that fit how teams actually work today, not how the textbooks said they should. I’m building toward what comes next.

I think in systems and ship in iterations.

I also take on a limited number of consulting engagements with teams figuring out what shipping at AI pace actually means in practice.

01 Off the clock

I’m a writer and a solo traveler, always between trips. I publish a literary publication called The Last Romantic on the side, with recent dispatches from Colombia, Italy, Greece, France, Panama, Serbia, and Austria. The list keeps growing. Home base is Austin, with a black Lab named Love.

The resume has the receipts. Reach me on LinkedIn or by email.
