This policy explains refunds and cancellations for services purchased from sukisong.com LLC. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service and is the single source of truth for refunds and cancellations; where marketing copy elsewhere on the site summarizes these terms, this policy controls.
One-time packages (Foundation, Flagship)
- Before work begins: if you cancel before we start, you receive a full refund of any amount paid.
- After work begins: deposits and amounts paid become non-refundable once we begin work, because the work and scheduling are reserved for you. Any refund after kickoff is handled case-by-case based on work completed.
Founder Audit (consulting)
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund before the audit work begins. Once the audit work has started, refunds are handled case-by-case based on work completed.
Monthly subscriptions (Atelier, Operator Seat)
- Auto-renewal. These are recurring services that automatically renew and bill each month until you cancel. You will be charged the stated monthly amount each billing cycle.
- Minimum term. Where a minimum term applies (e.g., a 3-month minimum), you commit to that term; you may cancel renewal anytime after it.
- How to cancel. Email hi@sukisong.com to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid month continues to its end. We confirm cancellations within two business days.
- Monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable, and partial months are not prorated.
