This Privacy Policy explains what personal information sukisong.com LLC (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit the site, submit a project brief, or purchase a service, and how we use and protect it. Questions? Email hi@sukisong.com.
Information we collect
- Project brief / intake. When you complete a project brief, we collect your name, email address, and the project details you provide (which may include free-text business information you choose to share). We never ask for passwords.
- Payments. When you purchase a package, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, and billing address to process the transaction. We do not receive, store, or process your card number — payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and message contents.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and cookieless — it does not use tracking cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not build a personal profile. It reports aggregate, non-identifying traffic data.
- Functional cookie. If you access the private project intake, we set one
strictly-necessary cookie (
brief_access, ~30 days) so you are not re-prompted for the access code. It carries no tracking data.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you request.
- To process payments and send transactional emails (order confirmations, your intake portal link).
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or targeted ads.
Who we share it with (service providers)
We share personal information only with the providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing (name, email, billing address, transaction data).
- Google — your project brief and order confirmations are delivered by email through a Google Apps Script / Gmail workflow, so brief contents and your email address pass through and are retained in Google’s services.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and cookieless analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep project briefs and related communications for up to 24 months after an engagement ends (or after your last contact, if no engagement begins), then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal, tax, or accounting obligation. Stripe retains payment records under its own retention and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see “Your rights” below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing:
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA): the rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
- EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
To exercise any right, email hi@sukisong.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Payment card data is handled by Stripe; we never see it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
