# Sites case study: findfulfillingwork.org

A career coach with a real audience, a site that finally shows it.

Michael Nazari coaches people out of jobs they hate and into work that fits, with an audience in the millions across his channels. His site needed to carry that same authority: his writing, his testimonials, his offers, and a machine-readable layer so Google and AI assistants can read all of it. ## The starting line

His audience lived on social platforms and his writing lived on an aging WordPress install. Neither surface could carry the whole story: the articles ranked, but the site around them did not match the caliber of the coaching, and nothing on it was machine-readable. The risk in any rebuild is losing the search equity those 46 articles had earned, so his URLs were treated as untouchable.

## What changed

- A new site, designed to his brand and voice: dark, direct, credible.
- Every existing article migrated and served at its ORIGINAL root URL, so the search equity his writing earned stays his.
- A complete machine layer: Schema.org entity graph, llms.txt + AI-crawler allowlist, per-article structured data.
- Real reader testimonials, presented as text with privacy respected.
- Newsletter subscription handed off cleanly to his hosted platform.
- Full ownership handoff: the code, the deployment, and a walkthrough.

## The build, screen by screen

The case page shows the shipped site itself: a browsable gallery of full-viewport screens captured from the live findfulfillingwork.org, each linking out to the site in a new tab. The capture date is printed on the page and re-verified on every build.
